Founders 

IRIE is a Caribbean word meaning "A state of wellbeing". Irie Kids, Inc. was formed in 2016 on the belief that all children should have the opportunity to thrive and be happy, no matter the circumstance. We provide resources and training at no cost to youth, schools and communities.

Kim is our "Boots On The Ground" coordinator in Saint Lucia. Kim has years of experience managing projects and heads up our children's advocacy group on the island

Colleen has a bachelors degree in Elementary Education, TESOL Certification and has worked with the United States Peace Corps. Working in foreign countries has allowed her the opportunity to invest time in Youth Development Programs and Conservation efforts.

Sarah was born in the UK, is a citizen of Saint Lucia, and splits her time between there and Seattle. Traveling the world allowed her to appreciate how fortunate she was to have a happy childhood, and she loves working to help others reach their potential and build their own story.

Born in France, half French & half Dutch, she did live in many different places with her parents.
Kim had the privilege to travel often from a very young age.
Living in St Lucia since 2021, she has a passion for culinary arts, nature and above all, animals.
Kim has built her career into the hospitality world , most specifically: into the Food and Beverage department, where she belongs:  taking care of each other, assisting in any way we can, learning from each other and building mutual respect are for her essential. 
Making sure we did our outer best to make this world a better place, is her motto.
From a very young age, Kim always wanted to be able to give, to contribute in any way possible, in order to assist the most in need.
She believed anyone should get the opportunity to reach their full potential !
